[SN R59050] USED FENDER CUSTOM SHOP / 1960 Stratocaster Relic Dakota Red [03]

[SN R59050] USED FENDER CUSTOM SHOP / 1960 Stratocaster Relic Dakota Red [03]

2011 1960 Stratocaster Relic
It features an alder body, a maple neck, and a slab-jointed rosewood fingerboard. Based on the approximate measurements, the neck shape appears to be a ā€œLarge C Shape,ā€ which offers a comfortable grip. This model is designed with playability in mind, featuring a 9.5" radius and medium-jumbo frets.

The pickups show signs of having been removed at some point and are now equipped with black bobbins of unknown model numbers.
* Each pickup: 5.7–5.8 kĪ©
In terms of sound, it delivers a clear, vintage-like tone with a pleasant sense of power in the low-mid range.

Due to the relic finish, the exact nature of the scratches is unclear, but there are dents, scratches, and paint chips in various places that appear to have been added later. The headstock logo decal shows slight wear, and some hardware exhibits rust, indicating signs of use.
Additionally, one of the bridge saddles has been replaced.

Although it shows signs of use, it has been finished to look well-worn and has an outstanding vintage vibe.
This is a highly recommended model for those seeking a Dakota Red Stratocaster with a vintage-like character.
