This is an Otto Link mouthpiece for tenor saxophone, dating from the early Babbitt era. It appears to have been modified. In addition to the facing curve and the area near the baffle, the interior has been reshaped with a putty-like substance. I believe this was done to improve focus. The chamber has also been made slightly smaller, giving the impression of a more efficient sound.
