It was manufactured around 1977.Even today, it remains popular for the light and pleasant sound unique to the M6; it’s a wonderful model that offers nuances and a sense of airiness that current soprano saxophones simply cannot reproduce. In terms of resonance, it truly conveys the charm of the soprano range, and I believe it excels at singing-like phrases. While there are some minor scratches and slight traces of previous repairs from use, I believe it’s in good condition considering its age. All pads have been replaced, and the instrument has been fully adjusted.
