This is a Berg Larsen mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. It is a Scoop Bill model, and based on the manufacturing marks, it is believed to date from around the 1950s. It offers the characteristic tone connection and sound of a vintage Larsen, and the straight-falling chamber produces a sound with a slight hint of a Link-style character.
