[SN CS 601353] USED Gibson Custom Shop / Les Paul Custom Alpine White [03]
The body features a two-piece maple top paired with a mahogany back, and it has a mahogany neck.
As was typical for this era, the fingerboard features Richlite.
The neck features a C-shape with just the right thickness for a comfortable grip.
The finish is "Alpine White." The combination with gold hardware looks great, giving it a luxurious look that stands out from the classic ebony finish.
There are some areas that have faded with age, but this only adds to the guitarās unique character.
It is equipped with original "490R & 498T" pickups.
Inheriting the tone of "PAF" pickups, the combination of the sweet and full-bodied 490R and the 498T with its powerful mid-low range adopts a classic specification for Gibson Les Pauls.
This guitar is capable of handling a wide range of sounds, from sweet clean tones to punchy overdrive.
Regarding its condition, there are scratches, dents, scuff marks, and dirt visible throughout the body.
There is a crack in the finish near the nut on the neck side.
Additionally, there are areas of discoloration on the body and neck, and what appears to be a sticker residue on the back of the body.
Some parts show signs of tarnish and rust.
While it shows signs of use, there are no issues with its playability, and it is fully functional.
The white Les Paul Custom is a rare find, as it was produced in much smaller numbers than the ebony version!
Please take this opportunity to consider purchasing it!!
