A U.S.-made Elite with a solid top has arrived in playerās condition.
Top warpingāa common issue with solid-top guitars featuring quintet bracing (five main braces arranged in a fan pattern)āis also evident on this particular instrument.
There are traces of repair work for a ācrackā extending from the bridge to the lower end of the top. (6 internal patches)
The neck has slight waviness and twisting, but there is no muffled sound or buzzing.
* There is no room left to tighten the truss rod.
Overall, there are no issues with playing this guitar in a standard style as-is.
