A 2008 Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton Stratocaster in Black has arrived!
As is typical for Clapton models, it features an alder body, a soft V-shaped, slightly thinner maple neck, and a 22-fret maple fingerboard with a 9.5-inch radius.
Starting in 2000–2001, the model was updated with newly developed Vintage Noiseless pickups. Featuring a stacked design with Alnico 5 magnets, these pickups deliver a captivating, sparkling tone with low noise and excellent clarity.
The controls include a Master Volume, TBX Tone Control, and Active Mid Boost.
The TBX Tone Control allows for smooth tone adjustment right at your fingertips, and the Mid Boost instantly creates a thick, powerful lead sound!!
While some models have had this feature removed, this particular model still retains
is still firmly in place.
While there are some scratches and dents overall, it’s in good condition considering its year of manufacture.
