[SN 11 182749] USED Paul Reed Smith / Custom 24 10Top Santana Yellow [05]

A 2011 PRS Custom 24 10 Top Santana Yellow has arrived!

With its stunning looks, excellent playability, and wide range of tonal possibilities seamlessly blended at the highest level, this model truly embodies the essence of PRS.

The first thing that catches the eye is the 10 Top-grade figured maple with carefully selected flame grain. You can see the beautiful, three-dimensional grain pattern even in the photos, and the vibrant Santana Yellow color brings out its charm to the fullest. The top wood, which changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle and lighting, exudes a sense of luxury and presence, fully satisfying the joy of ownership.

Mahogany is used for the body back and neck, and when combined with the maple top, it delivers both rich mid-to-low frequencies and clear highs, producing the well-balanced tone unique to PRS. The neck features the Pattern Regular profile, which combines moderate thickness with a comfortable grip, ensuring comfortable playability from chord work to lead playing.

The front and rear positions are equipped with the highly popular 59/09 humbuckers. While rooted in vintage PAFs, these pickups are renowned as legendary models that offer modern resolution and a wide dynamic range. They deliver a sound with transparency and rich harmonics in clean tones, and a full-bodied, well-defined sound when driven. They demonstrate exceptional versatility across all genres.

Another appealing feature is the wide range of sound variations offered by the 5-way blade switch. In addition to the rich, full-bodied sound characteristic of humbuckers, you can also select a clear, single-coil-like tone, allowing this single guitar to accommodate a wide range of musical styles.

The combination of the PRS original tremolo and nickel hardware ensures excellent playability and a premium feel. Featuring a beautiful 10-Top, the popular Santana Yellow finish, and the highly regarded 59/09 pickups, this guitar is a highly refined model that encapsulates the essence of PRS. It is a truly captivating instrument that delivers a high level of satisfaction in terms of sound, appearance, and playability.

While there are some minor scratches and slight tarnish on the metal parts, the clouding typical of instruments from this era is limited to only the tips of the horns and a very small area on the back of the headstock; considering its age, this is a very clean specimen. After purchase, it was buffed, cleaned, and set up at our repair center, resulting in excellent overall condition.
