Todd Kraus, the luthier behind this instrument, is a seasoned veteran who began his career at Schecter/Jackson in 1981 and joined the Fender Custom Shop in 1991. He has personally crafted numerous instruments for renowned musicians such as Clapton and Beck.He has been awarded the ultimate title of āSenior Master Builder.ā In addition to fulfilling his role as a Master Builder, he is also responsible for training and mentoring future Master Builders. True to its āMaster Builtā quality, the meticulously finished maple flame soft V-shape neck fits the left hand perfectly, as if it were made for it.Featuring active mid-boost and noise-free pickups, it produces a very smooth and deep tone; engaging the mid-boost further highlights its beautiful sustain.
