This is the Purple Anodized Limited Edition SLO PEDAL.
Created by Mike Soldano in 1987, the āSuper Lead Overdrive 100W Tube Amp Head / SLO-100ā remains a flagship high-gain amp nearly 40 years later and is still cherished by many top-tier guitarists.It is also worth noting that its bluesy crunch channel has captivated numerous renowned guitarists, not just those in the HR/HM genres.
Until now, it has been difficult to reproduce the nuances of a Soldano amp in pedal form, but the SLO Pedal perfectly recreates the characteristic balance of gain, sustain, and touch response found in the āSLO-100.ā
It employs the same cascaded gain stage as the "SLO-100" and features the same gain, volume, presence, and 3-band EQ controls. The Deep switch on the side emphasizes the low end, just like the Depth knob on the "SLO-100." By utilizing these controls, you can freely express the sound a guitarist desires, ranging from a rich, harmonic crunch to a heavy high-gain sound.
