Kernom has developed a unique Analog Morphing Core Technology for electronic clipping circuits. This technology controls the nonlinear element (traditionally a diode)—which is crucial for determining the clipping sound—by adjusting the threshold in real time, allowing it to function like a different, new type of diode.
In other words, it can produce a wide range of distortion characters, from the ultimate clean boost to compression-heavy overdrive sounds.
