One of the very first āThe Ratā models, known as the āFringe Logo,ā has arrived!
It dates back to around 1978, and is known as the āFringe Logoā because of its design, where the āTā in āRATā has a fluttering, fringed look.
The center control is labeled āTONEā instead of āFILTER.ā
Itās equipped with a National Semiconductor LM308N op-amp.
It covers everything from crunch to dirty distortion, and that dry, distinctive āThe Ratā tone is truly one-of-a-kind.
