A special MIJ Heritage 60s Jazz Bass, featuring a fretless design and epoxy coatingācrafted exclusively for a select few players.
Modelled after Jacoās signature coating, the epoxy layer is approximately 1.5 mm thick. This thickness creates a unique āresonanceā between the neck and strings, resulting in a slightly slower attack than a standard thin coating. It possesses a charm reminiscent of a human voice.
It bears the marks of having been used on countless stages, with several scratches and dents visible. The dots on the neck (which are stickers and can be removed) were applied by the previous owner to help keep track of the fret positions even when the stage lights go out.
An aftermarket gig case is included.
