The quarter-sawn maple neck features a Modern āDā neck profile, and the neck back is finished with a smooth-to-the-touch Ultra Satin finish.
The 10-14-inch compound radius ebony or quarter-sawn maple fingerboard features the Ultra Rolled Edge with carefully rounded edges, and is equipped with medium-jumbo frets, glow-in-the-dark Luminlay side dots, and a Graph Tech TUSQ nut.
The tapered neck heel and deep body contour allow for easy access to the higher frets.
The American Ultra II Meteora is equipped with two Haymaker humbuckers, delivering superb, hum-free tones ranging from sweet and crystal-clear cleans to modern crunch sounds.
The patented S-1 switch coil-splits the Haymaker humbuckers, andāin addition to the standard master tone knobāfeatures a carefully tuned bass cut to further expand the range of sounds.
It features highly practical elements such as a six-saddle, polished stainless steel block, string-through-body hardtail bridge, deluxe locking tuners, soft-touch knobs, and a 1-ply anodized pickguard.
