[SN V192940] USED Fender USA / American Vintage '62 Jazz Bass 3-Knob Olympic White [4.25 kg / Made in 2010] Fender [08]
The Fender American Vintage series was produced with the concept of faithfully reproducing the specifications of each era. This is a '62-spec Jazz Bass featuring an alder body, a maple neck, and a slab-jointed rosewood fingerboard. It features a 3-knob control layout with two volume and one tone controls. It faithfully inherits vintage specifications down to the finest details, including reverse-winding tuners and a vintage-style bridge saddle.
With the level of authenticity only Fender can deliver, it captures the exact sound of the legendary instruments of yesteryear. This is a highly recommended choice for bassists seeking that vintage sound.
The strap pins have been replaced with Jim Dunlop-style pins (without locking hardware). Signs of use are present, including discoloration, rough paint on the elbow, waist, and joint areas, minor scratches, scuffs, and paint chips around the headstock and body edges, wear and wipe marks on the pickup fender and fingerrest holes, picking marks, buckle marks, and tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts. The hard case shows signs of discoloration.
The guitar was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and action adjustment). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been checked up to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good condition (slightly tight).
