There are signs of use (cosmetic damage such as dents near the bridge, minor scratches and scuffs, wear and wipe marks, picking marks, ring marks on the back of the neck, and tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws).
Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling); the frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
