The Gibson Les Paul Custom is a classic rock guitar featuring gold hardware, an ebony fingerboard, block inlays, and a diamond inlay on the headstock.
It features a maple top and mahogany back, a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, a Nashville TOM bridge, Grover tuners, and 490R and 498T pickups.
This guitar is known for its striking appearance and a tight, weighty sound.
The tuning machine buttons have been changed from keystone to half-moon type, and the tailpiece has been replaced with a Gibson PTTP-080 (the original is included but is warped and cannot be installed).Signs of wear are visible (including paint damage on the elbow area, discoloration, minor scratches and scuffs, scuffs and wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, warping of the pickup escutcheon, and discoloration, tarnishing, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage). The case is a black hard case with a āGibson Customā plate on the handle side.
It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
