This is a ride cymbal from the new āPainiteā series, announced in February 2024.
Using a new manufacturing process in which the cymbals are buried in the ground for three months after molding to allow the metal to mature,
resulting in a unique jet-black appearance reminiscent of the mineral painite.
With its crisp "click" and a well-aged, earthy open sound, itās easier to play than its appearance suggests and can be used across a variety of genres.
