This is a 60s-style Jazz Bassāpart of the later āJB62-US Specā seriesāthat faithfully recreates the classic ā62 style. It features an alder body, a maple neck, a slab-joined rosewood fingerboard, JB-VINTAGE (USA) pickups, a 20-fret configuration, and spiral saddles.
This instrument offers the classic Jazz Bass sound that truly shines in ensemble settings, making it a valuable asset for recording as well.
The pickguard has been replaced, and there are signs of wear (discoloration, minor scratches and scuffs, scuffs and playing marks, picking marks, minor scratches on the pickup covers, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).
It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fretting surface smoothing, deburring, and removal of excess paint from the pickup cavity that was preventing the pickups from being removed).
