[SN F038792] USED Fender Japan / PB57-500 T (Tobacco Sunburst) [4.01 kg / Manufactured in 1989] Fender Japan [08]
A 50s-style Precision Bass that follows in the footsteps of the classic ā57 model. It features a basswood body, a one-piece maple neck with a maple fingerboard, a single-ply pickguard, and a 34-inch long scale with 20 frets, equipped with a PB-VINTAGE pickup.
This instrument is known for its rich, full-bodied Precision Bass sound that really shines in an ensemble, and its well-defined tone makes it a valuable asset for recording as well.
The case is not original, and the instrument shows signs of use (including discoloration, minor scratches and scuffs, wear and wipe marks, picking marks on the fingerboard end, pickup covers, and pickguard; stand marks and ring marks on the back of the neck; peeling plating, clouding, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws; and other cosmetic damage).
Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling); the frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested up to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use.
