This is a Fender (Made in Mexico) Troy Van Leeuwen Jazzmaster, manufactured in 2024. It features a custom-colored alder body, a maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard, and a dual “lead/rhythm” circuit with a toggle switch located on the 6th-string horn. It is equipped with two American Vintage ’65 Jazzmaster pickups and a Mustang bridge with brass saddles.
As a signature model featured on a wide range of albums by various bands and performers across different genres, its versatility and ease of use are key attractions.
A Buzz Stop Bar has been retrofitted. Although there are some signs of use (scratches, wipe marks, picking marks, tarnish on metal parts, etc.), it is in good condition.
Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling); the frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod has been checked up to 60° in both directions and is in good working order.
