A Martin OOO (Triple-O) Shape Electro-Acoustic Guitar, model 000X1AE, manufactured in 2013.
This model, unique to Martin, is eco-friendly thanks to its use of high-pressure laminate. It features a solid spruce top, high-pressure laminate sides and back (mahogany-patterned), a Stratabond neck, A-Frame āX-1ā bracing, and a Fishman Sonitone pickup system, with volume and tone controls accessible through the soundhole.
Not only is it eco-friendly, but it also uses stable tonewood materials, making it an excellent instrument with a superb balance between acoustic resonance and electro-acoustic output.
There are signs of wear (minor scratches near the bridge and on the back of the body, scuffs and wipe marks, picking marks, tarnish and pitting on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).
It was set up upon arrival (fret leveling, cleaning, string replacement, and truss rod adjustment); the frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
