This model features a see-through finish and 24 frets. It has an ash body, a maple neck, a maple laminate fingerboard, MONSTER TONE JĆ2 and SUPER ROCK J pickups, a volume/tone (pull-split tone control) knob, a coil-split switch, a Wilkinson VG300 tremolo bridge, and GOTOH locking tuners.
This all-around model, made in Japan, offers excellent playability and a wide range of sounds, andālike the American Seriesāis equipped with a Split Tone Control.
It shows signs of use (fade in color, minor scratches on the body top, scuffs, playing marks, picking marks, darkening along the fretboard edges, rust around the bridge, tarnish and pitting on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).
It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment); the frets are at a height that does not interfere with playing, and the truss rod has been checked to move smoothly up to 60° in both directions and is in good working order.
