USED Navigator / Espionage J-Bass Natural, Made in 1977 [09]
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fingerboard are made of maple.
There is a "52.2.21" stamp on the neck end, leading us to conclude it was manufactured in Showa 52 (1977).
There is some twisting and warping visible on the neck, but at this time, it has virtually no impact on playability. The instrument will be sold as-is.
We have repaired a broken tuning peg screw, removed pot hum, cleaned the jack, and leveled the frets.
The control knobs may have been replaced.
The headstock has numerous scratches, dents, and areas of peeling paint; the fingerboard shows indented scratches and string marks; the back of the neck has many scratches and dents, with noticeable unevenness around the 3rd fret.
There are cracks in the finish at the neck joint; the body has numerous scratches and dents; the pickguard shows peeling paint; and the metal parts exhibit noticeable tarnish and pitting.
