[SN V101599] USED Fender / US Vintage '57 Stratocaster 2-Color Sunburst, Manufactured in 1997 [09]
This Stratocaster, with a neck and body date of 1997, features an alder body, a one-piece maple neck, an 8-screw single-ply pickguard, and a "spaghetti" logo—all in the style of the '57 model.
Turning the bottom tone control may cause some crackling noise. The guitar will be delivered as-is.
The frets have been leveled.
The tremolo arm is missing. The control panel on the back of the body (including the mounting screws) has been removed and is missing.
The pickup selector is a 5-way switch. Additionally, the tremolo bridge has two springs.
There is paint peeling around the tuning pegs on the back of the headstock; the fingerboard has numerous scratches, discoloration, and cracks in the finish; and there is an area on the upper back of the neck where the finish texture differs.
There are scratches and dents on the body, playing scratches on the pickguard, and noticeable rust, tarnish, and pitting on the metal parts.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
