[SN 7 4833] USED Gibson Custom / Murphy Lab 1957 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue Heavy Aged DG&DB Lower Logo Bigsby B7 2024 [10]

[SN 7 4833] USED Gibson Custom / Murphy Lab 1957 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue Heavy Aged DG&DB Lower Logo Bigsby B7 2024 [10]

The 2024 Murphy Lab 1957 LP Heavy Aged is now in stock!

The 2024 Gibson Custom Murphy Lab Collection 1957 Les Paul Goldtop Reissue in Double Gold & Dark Back has arrived.
This guitar was custom-ordered by our Gibson Custom expert staff with meticulous attention to detail.
It features a Double Gold & Dark Back color finish with a Murphy Lab Heavy Aged finish.
Additionally, we specified the lower-case Gibson logo on the headstock to bring the ideal vision of dedicated Goldtop enthusiasts to life.
Furthermore, the neck profile was custom-ordered in the 1959 shape.
Furthermore, the final touch to this special order is the factory-installed Bigsby Vibrato Tailpiece (Kalamazoo Series B7).
Despite being equipped with the Bigsby B7, which has a total weight of 354 grams, the guitar weighs 4.23 kilograms; if it were equipped with the standard aluminum tailpiece, it would likely weigh around 3.9 kilograms.
Regarding the progression of the instrument’s cosmetic condition, because it features Murphy Lab’s “Heavy Aging” specification, it is difficult to determine the extent of its use for playing; therefore, our assessment is based on estimation only.
Regarding the product grade, we have designated it as “B+” due to the circumstances mentioned above; however, since it is a recent model, you may find it to be a beautiful, clean-looking instrument.
Furthermore, the soldering on the control components appears natural, with no signs of tampering or unnatural marks; therefore, including the pickups, it appears to be in fully original, “solder-virgin” condition.
After careful consideration by our expert staff, this instrument—the result of a special order—is truly exceptional, and we cannot help but regard it as a rare and extraordinary piece.
Consequently, with no signs of heavy use or rough handling—suggesting it may not have been played extensively—this could be a rare, secondhand instrument with a truly special and exceptional character.
