[SN 510130] USED YAMAHA / FG-180 30th Anniversary Natural [11]
First introduced in the 1990s, the FG180 30th is based on the FG180āa quintessential early Yamaha acoustic guitarāand faithfully recreates the atmosphere of the āRed Labelā era. Featuring a classic dreadnought construction with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides, it offers impressive volume and warm mid-to-low frequencies.
It delivers a powerful, forward sound when strummed and a clear, well-defined tone when played with fingers, making it an excellent choice for singer-songwriters. Another key feature is its vintage-inspired look combined with modern playability.
This well-balanced reissue model is recommended for players who admire the original Red Label but also seek practicality.
There is some clouding of the finish visible on the headstock, the back of the neck, and the sides of the body.
