The wood specifications feature a mahogany back and flame maple top, with a 3-piece maple neck and ebony fingerboard. Thanks to its solid, no-nonsense Japanese craftsmanship, it delivers the rich, full-bodied sound characteristic of a mahogany body, while also boasting a bright, well-defined tone with a distinct edge.
The pickups have been replaced with Lindy Fralin Pure PAFs, the Tri-Sound switch has been removed, and all internal components have been replaced.
The guitar features an abundance of original parts, including Smooth Tuner II machine heads, a Gibraltar II bridge, and a Quick-Change II tailpiece, reflecting the manufacturer’s commitment to quality.
