[SN 9081842] USED Orville / LPS-75, 1990, Cherry Sunburst [12]
We have received a Les Paul Standard from "Orville," a Gibson-authorized domestic brand that was distributed in Japan from the late 1980s to the late 1990s.
Based on the serial number, this guitar is believed to have been manufactured in 1990; however, there is very little information available regarding the material and font of the serial number decal found on this particular instrument, so the exact year of manufacture, factory, and country of origin remain unknown.
Like the original Gibson, it features a maple top/mahogany back body and a set-neck joint with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard.
The pickups have been upgraded: the front pickup has been replaced with a SEYMOUR DUNCAN APH-1n, and the rear pickup with a SEYMOUR DUNCAN SH4 (JB).
There are numerous scratches and dents of varying sizes scattered across the body, and the hardware shows signs of tarnish.
While it shows signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
