We’ve just received the Epiphone version of the Thunderbird, a model often considered the epitome of the contoured bass.
With its distinctive asymmetrical silhouette and powerful sound, this model carries on the tradition of the classic Gibson sound.
The combination of a mahogany body and mahogany neck produces a rich, resonant tone that provides solid support for the low end of a band’s sound.
While the original Gibson features a set-in neck, this model uses a bolt-on joint, offering excellent value for the price.
There is some slight discoloration on the finish and pickguard.
While there are minor scratches and dents throughout, it shows minimal signs of use and is in good condition.
It has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
