This is a bass from the Rockoon brand, formerly distributed by Kawai Musical Instruments.
It features a flat-top maple body and a bolt-on maple neck.
The pickups and bridge are Schaller products, for which Kawai Musical Instruments served as the distributor.
Schaller, for which Kawai Gakki served as the distributor.
It produces tight, deep bass tones.
The tone pot has been replaced.
The bridge anchor is tilted forward due to tension from the strings.
String height adjustment is currently not an issue. There are scattered fine scratches and dents throughout the body, and the hardware shows some tarnish.
While it shows some signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
