[SN JD25016826] USED Fender / Takashi Kato Stratocaster Paradise Blue [12]

[SN JD25016826] USED Fender / Takashi Kato Stratocaster Paradise Blue [12]

The Takashi Kato Signature Model from Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra is now in stock!
Based on the 1965 Stratocaster—commonly known as “Driftwood”—that he has used as his main guitar for many years, this signature model was developed under his supervision to capture a vintage style.

It features the meticulously crafted original color “Paradise Blue,” which reproduces the unique hue of Lake Placid Blue—deepened by the patina of age—while enhancing its metallic sheen, allowing you to enjoy a vintage-like tone and look sooner.

The neck, profiled from the artist’s actual guitar, features a 7.25-inch radius round rosewood fingerboard, a nut width of approximately 41mm, and a slim 1965 “C” shape. It faithfully reproduces the vintage feel while delivering smooth playability thanks to its Narrow Tall frets.

The pickups feature Custom Wired Vintage Style Single Coils developed specifically for this model.
Thanks to a special wiring technique, these machine-wound pickups successfully produce the rich harmonics and edge typical of hand-wound pickups.
Furthermore, to balance light rhythm guitar tones with a thick lead tone, the neck and middle pickups are based on mid-’60s specifications, while the bridge pickup is based on specifications from the ’50s through the early ’60s.
There are general scuffs, a few small scratches on the body, and slight tarnish on the metal parts.
More than 70% of the frets remain, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
