This product does not include a TRS-to-TRS standard phone jack cable for connecting the main unit to the footswitch; a standard cable must be purchased separately. Please note that we do not recommend using a standard guitar cable (TS-TS) for this connection, so please keep this in mind before purchasing. * If connected via TS-TS, only the right side of the footswitch will function, and only channels 1 and 3 will be selectable.

This product is a preamp meticulously assembled using hand-selected parts on a custom-laid-out PCB, featuring BELDEN wire and carefully selected high-quality components to emulate the clean, crunch, and lead channels of the CAE CAE3+. Channel 1 (Clean.ch) can produce everything from sparkling Fender-style clean tones to a crunch sound achieved by increasing the gain and rolling back the volume.
Channel 2 (Crunch): A channel with a tight gain that adds a slight amount of distortion beyond the standard crunch gain.
Channel 3 (Lead.ch): A channel with a juicy high-gain tone that requires no booster, characterized by a refined yet high-gain sound.
This is a model designed exclusively for external switching via the ES (External Switching) jack, without a built-in footswitch. It allows for remote connection to switching systems, multi-effect units, and digital processors from various manufacturers. As an option, we offer the SanPLUS-EQ and the SanPLUS-FS separately for users who do not wish to use a switching system.

This unit is designed exclusively for 9V (center-negative) power input. Please be sure to use a stable 9V power supply. Damage caused by overvoltage is not covered by the warranty. (The location of the damage will be clearly identifiable.)

The footswitch on the right selects 1ch, 2ch, or 3ch.
The left footswitch selects between 2-channel and 3-channel modes when the right LED is off.
When 1ch is selected, the left LED glows dimly. The right footswitch allows for easy switching between 1ch–2ch or 1ch–3ch.

☆ SanPLUS-ES Internal Circuit Board: By setting the slide switch on the output jack side to the down position, you can achieve even better sound matching with the EQ section. In this case, be sure to connect the SanPLUS-EQ immediately after the SanPLUS-ES. The EQ on/off function is controlled externally only.

The lower left corner of the internal circuit board features a trimmer and a slide switch. Setting the slide switch to the up position lowers the input impedance. You can improve sound quality by adjusting the trimmer, particularly when using switching systems. Adjust it to the setting that produces the desired sound.When the slide switch is in the down position, the function is off, and the input becomes HiZ. Please handle the trimmer carefully without applying excessive force. In the event of damage, repairs will be charged regardless of the circumstances (including during the warranty period).

* The enclosure used in VeroCity employs a self-tapping screw mechanism. The screws are designed to be tight initially, as they cut their own threads upon insertion. The mechanism is designed to loosen with repeated opening and closing. Please use a +2 Phillips-head screwdriver. Recommended screwdriver: VESSEL Ball Grip Screwdriver +2×100 220
