At Ishibashi Music Corporation, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every musical instrument purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, mint condition.

Return Process

  Contact our international sales department via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Ship the package using a trackable carrier and purchase full insurance coverage, as Ishibashi Music is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping costs.
